This service is an enhancement of, not a replacement for, our current policies and procedures. Please continue to utilize normal communication protocols whenever you feel comfortable doing so. This can include discussing the issue with your manager, department head, or human resources representative.
As you know, reporting an incident or violation in good faith will not result in any sort of negative action, or retaliation, taken against you. Retaliation of any sort is not tolerated at Trinity, and is explicitly prohibited under Trinity’s Whistleblower Protection Policy.
